Seafront cottages and villas
This solution addresses the seaside cottages, which are most vulnerable, since they seldom have a fence or wall to the beach.
It consists of a 4G router with fixed IP, in order to offer the highest level of data security, it also provides internet access for the residents to link their mobile phones and tablets.
The ideal system consists of an NDAA compliant ACTi PTZ camera, as Chinese manufactured cameras are a security concern, for the CCCP has backdoor access to them. These cameras compete in quality and features with Axiz and Avigilon, but at 30% to 50% of the cost. Additionally these cameras also feature sound detection and recording, providing additional information data points for more precise detection.
The camera features deep learning, detect and track technology, which follows a preprogrammed sequence such as backtracking 5 seconds and forwards 10 seconds from the event time and sends the 15 second video clip to the cloud, where a patented geospatial AI-boosted video analytics algorithm provides users with the best-in-class probability of detection with the lowest false alarm rates. This is connected to a server or edge unit, which employs neural networking and machine learning algorithms in order to determine the threat level. This removes the human error element and reduces false alarms by 98%.
Subject to the customer’s wishes, the initial trigger will turn on a floodlight and/or a siren. A message will be sent to the application residing on the customer’s mobile as well as an email to our monitoring desk or to the security intervention control room should the clients choose this option.
This total solution, is broken down as follows:
- Customer’s own camera which is already installed; should this meet our minimum standards, we will supply the connectivity and video analytics elements, at a monthly cost of Rs3000 p.m. and an initiation fee of Rs8000.
All the listed options are based on 36 months rental, which includes an extended maintenance. - As per offer 1, but we monitor and alert the customer at an additional cost of of Rs1400 p.m. This supplements the application already installed on their mobile devices.
- As per offer 1, but with guard intervention for an additional cost of Rs 2800 p.m. This replaces option 2.
- Supply and install ACTi PTZ camera for a rental of Rs2652 p.m.
- Include floodlight and outdoor siren Rs3106 p.m.

- Cost of entire turnkey system with connectivity, video analytics, guard intervention, PTZ camera, floodlight, outdoor siren and dye marking system Rs11058

- Due to the strong staining ability of the dye and depending on the location, we recommend limiting the activation of this element to specific hours.
